Roy will meet with you personally to look at your existing space, talk about your ideas and discuss possibilities. The initial consultation is free of charge. Roy can help you gauge what your budget needs to be to meet your expectations

Based on his experience, Roy can make suggestions and show you possibilities you hadn't even thought of.

Budget & Scope

Homeowners aren't always 100% sure what their budget is; it is often determined by your wishlist of what you want to do. Roy can give an idea of what is possible based on your hopes for your renovation or new space.

Once you establish your budget, Roy can talk about the scope of the project and what's possible.

Renderings

After the initial meeting, if you decide to move forward, Roy will design your space and render drawings that match your expectations.

Permits

Let Roy take on the headache! Roy understands Anne Arundel County's zoning laws and will handle any permits required to do the job. He knows the process and the ins and outs of securing the documentation needed every step of the way.

Buildout

After the design is approved and the permits are secured, it's time to get to work making your dream home a reality!

We will give you a timeframe for the project and get to work.
